Knox Swift Delivery provides local delivery services for residential and commercial customers including same day, scheduled, final mile, B2B local freight, hot shot, medical, store to home, marketplace, furniture & appliances, and storage transport deliveries.
2. Service Limitations

We do not deliver: refrigerators, large furniture like sectionals, or lab specimens.

Certain items may require advance notice or approval.
3. Booking & Payment

Deliveries must be scheduled in advance via our website, email, or phone.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will reflect the agreed price.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete delivery information.

Ensure items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

Secure items appropriately for transport.
5. Liability

Knox Swift Delivery is not responsible for damage to improperly packaged items.

Liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the delivered item(s), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the method of payment.
