What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas.
Are there items you do not deliver?
Yes. For safety and efficiency, we do not deliver:
* Refrigerators or other large appliances
* Oversized furniture such as sectionals
* Lab specimens or blood samples
Do you deliver medical items?
Yes, but only medical equipment and supplies (ex. wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, hospital beds).
Do you pick up items from stores for delivery?
Yes. This is a service that we offer. Once you've purchased your items, we can pick them up from the store and deliver them to your home or business.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes. Same day and hot shots delivery options are available. We also have rush delivery. We can get your delivery there in 1 to 2 hours.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Yes. You can schedule a delivery for a future date and time.
How do I pay for my delivery?
Once you approved your quote, you can pay to book your delivery. We accept major credit cards/debit cards. Payment is due at time of booking.
How do I get a quote?
You can request a free quote directly on our website by filling out the quote form.
Do you deliver to apartments?
We deliver only to apartments that are on ground level.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
Weekend delivery is available but must be booked in advanced. There is also an extra charge for weekend delivery.
Do you go inside residential homes?
We only enter residential homes when we are transporting items to storage unit. All other deliveries will be dropped off at door or garage.
